1. When do pre-sale orders ship? 

Pre-sales begin Friday, August 14th. We encourage you to follow us on social media for item availability updates. We are doing our best to maintain inventory for our online store. 

Pre-sale orders will be shipped on 9/1/2020. Boxes ordered after 9/1/2020 are shipped as soon as possible. In most cases, within 5 business days. 

 

2. Can I customize my City Tasting Box and include other items?

We have curated a great selection of Memphis food artisans for you to enjoy. As we are working to solidify our vendor relations and fulfillment, we are not currently offering customizations or add-ons. Check back in the next couple months. 

 

3. What happens if my package does not come? 

Please email Cristina and Lisa (hello@citytastingbox.com) so that we can provide you with any necessary tracking information.

If your box is marked as "delivered" per UPS, we cannot be responsible for stolen or lost packages. Please file a complaint wit UPS and we will assist however needed. It is always extremely unfortunate, but we cannot replace items lost or stolen orders. Your orders are insured up to the $50 standard insurance offered by UPS.

 

4. What happens if some of my items are damaged?

That's never a good thing. We standby our packaging and order fulfillment process, so if anything arrives to you broken or missing, please inform us immediately. We will be sure to rush out a replacement product immediately. 

 

​5. What happens if I enter the incorrect shipping address during checkout?

You can email us to change the address, however we can NOT guarantee that the changes will be made prior to shipping. We are more than willing to contact UPS on your behalf after the order has shipped. Expect delays. 

 

6. Will you all offer local pickup?

Yes. We will have this option available soon to pick from our distribution space at 1370 Madison, Memphis, TN and a few other local spaces around Memphis.
